This is the 200 year old Oak Tree, after the demonstration 18th March 2005, on A327 and junction of Cutbush Lane, in the village of Shinfield, South of Reading. The attempted felling of this tree, sparked the formation of this action group. The tree has gone... we have been promised a replacement, which is to go on the corner of the newly resited Brookers Hill. When????
